Natsuiro High School: Seishun Hakusho 8/24/2016 status update

Just made a video so I could easily check how the quest translation looks like and adjust to fit the display box and see if other stuffs that needs to be consistent and fixing.

* edited most sign board  graphics that are essential for easy exploration.
* tutorial images translation done

still has lots of stuffs to fix
